Returns Policy

All our artworks are packaged and shipped with extreme care and are carried by external contractors.    

Should your purchase be damagaed in transit please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work through the best solution.

Should you change your mind on your purchase we are happy to offer a credit note or offer another piece on consighment.  Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a solution.

Art Supplies

Art supplies can be returned unused in original condition in the original packaging for a credit or refund.  Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to organise a solution.

Birthday & Other Parties

We are happy to refund the full amount of a party on cancellation provided it is more than 7 days prior to the event.  Any cancellations 7 days or less to the event will incurr an adminstration charge of 10% of the party cost.

 

All returns need to be delivered or bought back to the shop at the purchasers cost unless other arrangements have been made with us.  Shop address - Shop 1 3A Emma Crescent Constitution Hill   NSW   2145.

All returns will be refunded through paypay or card that you purchased through.  We do not have the facilities to arrange cash refunds.
